摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连的护理措施及效果。方法:总结2011年12月-2012年12月笔者所在医院应用宫腔镜治疗宫腔粘连患者60例的护理措施。结果:无一例发生手术或护理并发症。月经改善者57例,粘连分离后再次粘连3例,临床成功率达95.0%(57/60)。结论:详细地、全方位的术前、术中及术后护理,是提高宫腔粘连手术成功重要保证。Objective： To investigate the nursing measures hysteroscopic treatment of uterine cavity adhesion with and effect.Methods： Summarize in December 2011 to December 2012 our hysteroscopy in treatment of patients with uterine cavity adhesion sixty cases of nursing measures.Results： No case was happened surgery or nursing complications.Menstruation improver 57 cases, adhesion separation again after adhesion in 3 patients, clinical success rate was 95.0%（57/60）.Conclusion： Detailed and comprehensive preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, is to improve the uterine cavity adhesion an important guarantee for the success of the operation.
