大学校园文化建设中文化载体的培养问题研究

摘　　要：本文以高校校园文化为研究对象,讨论了高校校园文化的显性和隐性的文化特征,同时分析了高校校园文化载体必须与高校校园文化价值具有统一性,能被高校受众者所乐于接受,同时必须具有创新性。在讨论培养过程中,高校校园文化建设必然经历,自我解剖,非正式组织的分类和组织、高校校园文化与非正式组织之间的有效融合等过程,只有这样才能有效地发挥校园文化的功能,提高我国高校校园文化建设的有效性。The paper takes campus culture of colleges as the research object to discuss the dominant and recessive cultural characteristics of campus culture. Meanwhile, it analyzes that the carrier of campus culture must have uniformity with the values of campus culture and it must be popular in colleges and also innovative. During the process of training, the construction of campus culture of colleges must go through a series of processes, such as the classification of informal organizations and the effective integration among organizations and campus culture and informal organizations. Only this, can we effectively give play to the function of campus culture and improve the effectiveness of the construction of campus culture in our country.
