高校青年教师职业倦怠与工作生活质量的相关研究

摘　　要：为了解普通高校青年教师职业倦怠与工作生活质量的关系,本研究采用教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)、教师工作生活质量问卷(TQWL),对491名普通高校青年教师进行了调查研究,结果发现:当前高校青年教师职业倦怠处于中等严重的程度,其工作生活质量有待进一步提升;不同类型的高校青年教师的职业倦怠及工作生活质量存在一定的差异;高校青年教师职业倦怠与工作生活质量之间存在着显著水平的负相关,职业倦怠直接对其工作生活质量产生负向的预测效应,成就感降低最明显。In order to reveal the correlation between the job-burnout and work-life quality of college young staff,with Maslach Burnout Inventory（MBI） and the Questionnaire about Teacher Quality of Work Life（TQWL）,a survey was made on the 491 college young staff.Results show that the college young staff＇s job burnout was in moderate serious degree,and the quality of work and life was waiting to be promoted;the college young staff＇s job burnout and quality of work and life appeared some differences within different groups;there was a significant correlation between MBI and TQWL,and the MBI had a negative direct prediction effect on their quality of work and life with the greatest impact of decline of achievability.
