摘　　要：伪满官吏是一个庞大的群体，在日本帝国主义侵略东北14年里，起到了助纣为虐、推波逐澜的作用。他们一方面丧失了民族的尊严，另一方也成为侵略者的马前卒，他们不得不扮演着被利用和被控制的台前木偶。日本侵略者通过各种手段培植为其殖民统治效力的伪满高级官吏，使之成为其实施“以华治华”政策的被利用者和被控制者。今天我们本着尊重历史、还原历史、兼顾人性的原则，对日本侵略者利用和控制的这批伪满高级官吏进行探讨，进一步揭露日本帝国主义实行“以华治华”侵略政策给东北人民带来的深重灾难，用事实回击日本右翼否定战争的思潮，同时激发人们为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而奋斗的爱国热情。The bureaucracy is a giant group, and promoted the Japan＇s imperialist aggression in Northeast Chi- na in fourteen years. They lost the dignity of the nation, also become the pawns of Japan＇s imperialist aggression. The Japanese invaders cultivated senior officials for the effectiveness colonial rule through various means, and ena- bled them to govern China by Chinese people. We carry on the discussion to the Japanese aggressors using and con- trolling this batch of the senior officials based on the rule of respecting history, restoring the history, both the prin- ciple of humanity can further reveal the Japanese imperialism aggression in the northeast China, with facts to back the Japanese right - wing negation war thoughts, also inspires people to strive for the realization of the great rejuve- nation of the Chinese nation＇s patriotism.
