摘　　要：目的分析健康者β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平与年龄相关性及其对肾功能评价的意义。方法随机选择20岁以上体检健康者400例,采集血清标本进行β2-MG、CysC水平检测。结果血清β2-MG及CysC水平均随年龄增长而增高。结论血清β2-MG、CysC水平检测可用于肾功能评价,在老年人肾功能监测中具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the relationship between β2-microglobulin（β2-MG）,cystatin C（CysC） and age among healthy subject,and their significance for the evaluation of renal function.Methods 400 healthy subjects over 20 years old were randomly selected and detected for serum β2-MG and CysC level.Results Both levels of β2-MG and CysC increased with the increasing of age.Conclusion Determination of serum β-MG and CysC might be useful for the evaluation of renal function,especial with high application value for monitoring of renal function in aged people.
