云南壮剧研究者的文化自觉行为及方式研究

摘　　要：云南壮剧的研究,既有个人的参与,也有单位组织的参与。本文从个人和组织两个层面,分别对研究者个人参与研究的行为和相关单位组织开展研究活动的方式进行深入分析,并在此基础之上提出,应重视培养研究者个人和参与单位对云南壮剧文化自觉认知、自觉认同、自觉参与研究以及研究主体间的自觉合作和自觉反思等方面的能力,并将培养好研究者的五种文化自觉能力,作为解决目前云南壮剧研究人才匮乏、研究者文化自觉能力不足等问题的一个有效途径。There are both personal involvements and organized participation for the study of Zhuang drama in Yunnan.This article analyzes the behavior of individual researchers involved in the study and the relevant units of the organization to carry out research activities.On this basis,the author puts forward that attentions should be paid to cultivate the individual researchers and participating organizations＇ capacity of culture conscious awareness,conscious identity,conscious involvement,conscious cooperation and conscious reflection for the culture of Zhuang drama.The cultivation for the five capacities can be an effective way to solve the problem of lacking of personnel and researchers lacking the capacities of the cultural consciousness,which exists in the current study of Zhuang drama in Yunnan.
