摘　　要：济南明府城是济南历史文化名城的核心地区,是济南城市的特色标志,更是当今发展文化产业的珍贵历史遗产与文化资源。但府城内的文物建筑现状不容乐观,文物保护存在脱离背景环境、修旧如新、破坏原貌、文化符号空洞和保护与使用间的矛盾等众多问题,急需反思与解决。必须采取片区式方法、维护原始面貌、丰富文化内涵、以市场为引导和全程记录归档的做法,使济南成为名副其实的历史文化名城。jinan Ming fucheng is the core of the historical and cultural city of jinan, is characteristic ofjinan city, especially in today＇s development of cultural industry of precious historical heritage and cultural resources. But within a year of cultural relic building status quo is not optimistic, the protection of cultural relics is separated from the background environment, cultural symbols, repair the old as new damage the original hole and many problems such as the contradictions between the protection and use, need to reflect on and solve. Section type method, must be taken to maintain the original appearance, rich cultural connotation, take the market as the guide and the practice of the entire document, make jinan real historical and cultural city.
