摘　　要：某电厂1台1 036 MW超超临界机组因油缸活塞底部泄油塞脱落,致使调节汽阀无法正常开启,对其进行了在线抢修处理。为确保机组运行安全,事先在同型停运机组上进行了模拟操作。介绍在线拆装油动机卸载阀的技术方案,包括在线维修时保持机组正常运行的技术措施和注意事项,以及维修完毕后油动机恢复运行的步骤。实践结果表明,所采取的技术措施得当,避免了1次停机事故。It happened tu a 1036-MW ultra-supereritieal unit thai tile oil drainage plug at the bottom of the oil cylinder piston was fallen off. which caused lhe governor valve to operated abnormally. Online repairing was made for this issue. In order to ensure the security of unit operation, simtdation was eonduction a same type outage unit. The technical scheme of online dismantling and installation of the unloading valve for the hydraulie servomotor is presented, including the measures to maintain the normal operation of the unit and the issues which need to pay attentions in online repairing, as well as the process to restart the servomotor after the repairing. The resuh showed that the adopted technical measures are adequate and an unnecessary unit outage was avoided.
