摘 要:针对塑料模具定模斜向型芯的抽芯设计出一种新型抽芯机构,该抽芯机构由齿条拉杆、螺母及带螺纹型芯组。通过斜齿配合和螺纹配合实现型芯的自动抽芯并锁定,对抽芯机构受力运动分析,确定型芯自锁条件及机构结构参数设计。结果表明,该机构结构较简单,磨损小,对斜向型芯抽芯、定位和锁紧牢靠。A new type of core-pulling mechanism has been designed for fixed half's oblique core design in plastic mould. The core-pulling mechanism composed of a rack rod, nuts and thread core was pulled and locked by helical teeth cooperation and threads cooperation. The stress and motion of the core-pulling mechanism was analyzed and conditions of core self- locking and structural parameters of the mechanism had been confirmed. The result shows that the mechanism is simple and less wear and pulling, position and locking for the oblique core is reliable.
