摘　　要：目的研究COPD患者的血清白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化,找出评估COPD治疗效果的重要参数。方法收集2010年7月至2012年7月我院确诊COPD患者40例作为观察组,同期选择我院体检健康的志愿者40例作为对照组,观察组进行积极的常规疗法治疗。观察组患者在治疗前后与对照组在体检时清晨空腹抽血检测IL-13、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平。结果观察组的IL-13、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后本组患者有效38例,有效率95.0%,同时两组IL-13、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。IL-13、TNF-α和hs-CRP与预后有效呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.51、0.37与0.69(P<0.05)。结论 IL-13、TNF-α和hs-CRP在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)具有很强的临床诊断预后判断意义。Objective To study the serum of patients with COPD interleukin -13 （IL-13）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） level changes, find out the important parameters for assessment of COPD treatment effect. Methods From July 2010 to July 2012 40 cases diagnosed in our hospital patients with COPD as the observation group the same period in our hospital examination healthy volunteers as the control group, the observation group, 40 cases of active conventional therapy treatment. Observed in patients before and after treatment with the control group, the physical examination, fasting blood testing of IL-13, TNF-α and hs-CRP levels. Results Observation group, IL-13, TNF-α and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. This group of patients after treatment, effective 38 cases, 95.0% efficiency, while two groups of IL-13, TNF-α and hs-CRP level of contrast had no significant difference （P 〉0. 05）. IL-13, TNF-α and hs-CRP and prognosis of a positive correlation between the effective correlation coefficient r = 0.51, 0.37 and 0.69 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions IL-13, TNF-α and hs-CRP in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） has a strong clinical diagnosis prognosis of significance.
