克氏针加AO半螺纹钉治疗髂前上棘骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨克氏针加AO半螺纹钉内固定治疗髂前上棘撕脱骨折的应用价值及临床疗效。方法对16例髂前上棘骨折患者,采用克氏针加AO半螺纹钉内固定术治疗,将结果进行回顾分析。结果所有患者术后随访6个月～1年,平均8个月,功能恢复良好,无跛行,行走无疼痛,膝、髋关节活动范围正常。结论克氏针加AO半螺纹钉内固定治疗髂前上棘骨折复位满意,固定牢靠,操作简单,创伤较少,具有疗效佳、康复快、功能好等优点,是手术治疗髂前上棘骨折安全、有效的内固定方法之一。Objective To approach the application values and the clinical curative effects of treating avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine with Kirschner wire and AO half thread nail internal fixation. Methods 16 cases with fracture of anterior superior iliae spine were treated with Kirsehner wire and AO half thread nail internal fixation. The data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months ~ 1 year with an average of 8 months after operation. The functional rehabilitation was good, without claudication or pain. The knee and hip ranges of motion were normal. Conclusions In treatment of fracture of anterior superior iliac spine, Kirschner wire and AO half thread nail not only maintains satisfying reduction with reliable fixation, but also manipulates simply and invades slightly, thus get good curative effect, fast recovery, satisfying function and so on. So it is one of the safe and effective fixation techniques for fracture of anterior superior iliac spine.
