摘 要:目的探讨护士管床小组包干责任制护理模式对神经外科患者满意度的影响。方法将神经外科2011年6—12月在连续性排班模式下实行的责任制护理模式为对照组,将2012年1—6月在连续性排班模式下实行的护士管床小组包干责任制护理模式为实验组,观察两种模式下患者的满意度情况。结果观察组患者对护士的服务态度、护士的技术水平、按铃及时处理、护士关心患者的饮食情况、护士交待用药的注意事项等方面的满意度较对照组明显提高,两者比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论实施护士管床小组包干责任制护理模式可增强了护士的工作责任感,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of patient satisfaction on care model of nurse managing beds group contract system accountability. Methods The control group was accountability care model under continuous scheduling model from June 2011 to December 2011 in the neurosurgery, the experimental group was care model of nurse managing beds group contract system accountability under continuous scheduling model from January 2012 to June 2012, observed the patient satisfaction of the two models. Results The patient "s satisfaction about nurse serve attitude, nurse skill level, dealing with rang the bell in time, in experimental group was more significantly improved than that in control group, nurse caring the diet of patients, nurse explaining medication precautions, compared with the both(P 〈 0.05 ), the difference was significant. Conclusions Care model of nurse managing beds group contract system accountability can enhance the nurse's sense of responsibility, and improve patient satisfaction.
