摘　　要：夏季已至，北京突出重点，治理河道，改造泵站，效果如何，拭目以待。“雨污分流，标准升级”，新一轮城市排水管网规划建设方针已定。下沉式道路如何排水？管网升级如何落实？城市防洪如何应急？本期会客厅邀请北京市政工程设计研究院教授级高级工程师杭世瑁、北京工业大学副教授周玉文，同济大学环境科学与工程学院教授刘遂庆，就相关问题进行探讨。With the summer approaching, Beijing lays emphasis on river regulations and the reconstruction of pump station, the result of which will become known in future. 'Rainwater and sewage separation and standard upgrade', as the planning construction policy of new urban drainage pipe network, has been determined. How does the sink-type road drain off water? How is the pipe network upgraded? How does the city deal with flood prevention and emergency situations?
