摘  要:提出了在非共振量子点-腔耦合结构中有一共振激发量子点的模型.采用量子主方程方法计算平均光子数、平均声子数、光子数分布和二阶相关度随时间演化,来研究该系统的量子统计和相干性质.分别讨论了光子数分布和二阶相关度随原子自发辐射率、腔场衰减率及平均声子数改变的时间演化行为.研究表明无论好腔条件下还是坏腔条件下,腔场内的光子都成亚泊松分布.好腔条件下反群聚性不明显,但在坏腔情况下表现出明显的反群聚性.该体系的声子数均没有明显的变化.In this paper, a model that off - resonant QD - cavity coupling is proposed. The quantum master equation approach is employed to analyse the time evolution of the mean photon number, the mean phonon number, the photon number distribution and second order coherence, to research the quantum statistics and the coherent nature, respectively. The photon number distribution and second -order coherence with the change of the atomic spontaneous emission rate, the cavity field decay rate and the mean phonon number are discussed. The results show that the good cavity and bad - cavity conditions, the photon of the cavity exhibits sub- poisson distribution. In the good cavity conditions, anti -bunching is not obvious. But in the bad cavity conditions, anti - bunching will become more obvious. The phonon number in this system has not obvious change.
