摘　　要：通过有效的成本管理手段,提高我国承包商的竞争力是一个亟需解决的重要问题。BIM依托其建立的统一BIM平台、自动化算量功能、强大的数据管理能力、可视化模拟功能以及多维模拟施工功能,对承包商的成本预测、成本计划、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析和成本考核等成本管理的6个环节产生显著影响,可有效提高承包商的成本管理能力和国际工程承包市场竞争力。How to improve the competitiveness of Chinese contraclors by effective cost management is an urgenl and imporlan! issue. With the unified BIM platform, aulomatic calct.lation, powertul data managing ability, visualization and muhi-dimensional sinmlation of construclion. BIM significantly aftcts the six phases of the contrators, namely, （＇ost management of （;（）st fnreeasting, cost planning, cost control, cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assess, whi（.h improves the ability of cost management of contractor obviously, and significantly enhance its competitiveness.
