摘　　要：走低碳化发展道路,既是我国工业转型升级和建设生态文明的必由之路,也是应对气候变化的形势所需。企业低碳管理评价是企业低碳化发展的重要途径。本文在企业低碳管理发展现状调研的基础上,以戴明模式的思路选取评价指标,提出了企业低碳管理评价方法,并关注此方法在应用案例中发现的相关问题,最后对我国工业企业低碳发展提出了建议。Taking the road of low-carbon development is not only the necessary route for the industrial transformation and upgrading and the ecological civilization construction in China, but also the requirement of dealing with climate change issues. The assessment of enterprise＇s low carbon management is an important way for the low-carbon development. Based on the investigation of the current situation of low carbon management development, the paper puts forward the assessment method of low- carbon management by using PDCA theory to select the assessment index, focuses on the relevant problems of this method in the application cases, and puts forward suggestions on the low carbon development of industrial enterprises in China.
