摘 要:通过实验方法研究干气密封启动过程中声发射信号的变化规律。利用功率谱确定声发射信号中与密封端面摩擦相关的频段,并研究了声发射信号的均方根随主轴转速的变化。结果表明:在该文实验条件下,密封端面的摩擦会产生中心频率在160kHz左右的信号成分,带通滤波能有效降低支撑轴承的干扰;声发射信号的均方根能反映密封端面的接触摩擦状况;启动过程的声发射曲线可分为3个阶段:剧烈变化段、平稳段和缓慢增加段。该研究结果为利用声发射技术监测干气密封启动过程中的端面接触状态提供了参考依据。The acoustic emission characteristics of dry gas seals during startup were studied experimentally. The frequencies caused by the rubbing of the seal faces were determined from the power spectrum. The variation of the acoustic emission root mean square (RMS) amplitude with the spindle speed was also measured. The results show that the rubbing between seal faces induces acoustic emissions with a central frequency of 160 kHz, so a band-pass filter can effectively reduce the bearing interference sounds. The acoustic emissions curve during startup can be divided into the dramatic changes stage, the smooth stage and the slowly increasing stage. The results provide a reference for monitoring the contact state of dry gas seals with acoustic emission.
