摘  要:建立了一种测定藏雪莲总黄酮的新方法,即采用溶剂浮选法分离富集总黄酮,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量.考察了浮选溶剂、试液pH、氮气流速、浮选时间及电解质等因素对浮选效果的影响,优选出最佳浮选条件.采用所述方法对样品中总黄酮含量进行测定,样品含量5.902mg/g-17.276mg/g,RSD为1.95%-4.72%.A novel method for separating and enriching Total flavonoids in S. rn edusa. Maxim by solvent sublation and determining by UV spectrophotometry has been developed. The efects of sublation solvent,gas flow rate,pH of solution, sublation time and electrolyte etc. On the sublation efect of Total flavonoids were investigated in detail,and the optimal conditions of the solvent sublation were obtained. The proposed method was used to determine the contents of Total flavonoids. Sample contents were from 5. 902mg/g to 17. 276mg/g,and RSD were from 1.95% to 4. 72%. The results show that this method is satisfactory.
