摘　　要：目的:探讨把临床路径理念引入公众创伤急救技能培训,使其更规范化、标准化。方法:以临床路径理念制定公众创伤急救技能培训计划表,按计划表流程对843名社区"志愿者"进行共8小时创伤理论及包括直接压迫止血法等10项内容的操作培训。结果:831名社区"志愿者"考核合格,合格率为98.6%。结论:应用临床路径理念进行公众创伤急救技能培训效果良好。Objectlve：To explore the plan of public emergency trauma skills training according to the clinical pathway concept and to make the training more standardized. Methods： 843 community ＂volunteers＂ for a total of 8 hours of trauma theory and ten operational skills training including direct compression hemostasis etc developed the plan of the public trauma first aid according to the clinical pathway concept. Results： 831 community ＂volunteers＂ qualified, and the pass rate was 98.6%. Conclusion： The application of the clinical pathway concept for public emergency trauma skills training is proved to be effective.
