摘  要:辐射诱变育种技术是利用射线辐射处理植物的种子、花粉、分生组织或整个植株等,使被处理植物产生遗传变异,再经人工选育培育优良品种的技术。该技术在水稻新品种选育和种质创新上发挥了重要作用。本研究从辐射诱变获得的新品种、新种质资源和基因等方面回顾了我国水稻辐射育种工作,并介绍水稻辐射诱变育种的主要特点,同时对水稻辐射诱变育种前景进行了展望。The technology of radiation mutation breeding means to treat seeds, pollen, meristem and whole plant by irradiation, and to induce genetic variation in the plant irradiated, then to select and cultivate the required cultivar artificially, which played an important role in new rice varieties breeding and seed quality. This paper recalled and introduced the development of induced mutation breeding by radiation for rice in China,in aspect of new species, new germplasm resources and gene, and the main features of this technology. The further tendency of induced mutation breeding by radiation for rice was also prospected as well.
