摘 要:尖晶石型氧化物作为一种新型光催化剂,其禁带宽度较小、太阳光利用率较高。研究综述了化学共沉淀法、水热法、溶胶—凝胶法和高温固相法等制备尖晶石型氧化物的研究进展。其中溶胶—凝胶法具有制备过程条件温和、产品分散均匀性好且产品纯度高等优点。The oxides with spinel structure, possessing smaller band gap and higher availability of solar energy, made them be the most promising photocatalyst. In this paper, research progress on preparation of the oxides with spinel structure was reviewed, such as chemical coprecipitation method, hydrothermal method, sol - gel method and high temperature solid - state method. Among various preparation methods for the oxides with spinel structure, the sol - gel technique appears is very interesting because it has advantages such as moderate reaction conditions, good dispersion of the product and high purity.
