高效价冷凝集素对临床标本血细胞分析结果的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨在较低温度下（20℃以下），在临床患者的标本进行血细胞分析时，高效价冷凝集素对红细胞计数数量的影响。方法：回顾性分析2012年9月1日至2012年12月31日来我院住院共4123例患者，利用全自动血细胞分析仪，进行常规血细胞分析检查时，发现3例患者红细胞计数结果异常，随之将此3例标本进行推片，干燥后染色，利用显微镜镜检，与仪器结果进行对比。结果：全自动血细胞分析仪出现异常红细胞提示，而血红蛋白量在正常参考值范围内，显微镜镜检发现红细胞呈凝集现象。结论：温度较低时临床标本出现冷凝集现象，为人体高效价冷凝集素出现，促使红细胞出现凝集现象，从而影响红细胞计数。Objective ： Discussing the influention of high-titer cold agglutinin on red cell counting while analyzingpatients＇ specimens. Methods ： Retrospective Analysis In 2012, our hospital checked 4123 patients for routine red cells analysis from 1st Sep to 31 Dec while 3 cases were found abnomally by using Automatic blood cell analyzer. Then these 3 specimens were smeard, dried, dyed and microscopic examined. Finally compared with the results of equipment. Results ： Automatic blood cell analyzer occured tips for abnormal red cells but the hemoglobin content were normal reference value. Red cells appeared agglutination phenomenon under microscopic examination. Conclusions ： Under blow tempreture Clinical specimens appeared cold agglutination because of body hightiter cold agglutinin which spured red cells cold agglutination and influenced counting.
