五步法在膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用五步法进行膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠的临床效果。方法对200例关节运用一望二切三穿刺四抽挤五注射五步方法 ,对膝关节进行玻璃酸钠注射的患者进行治疗,采用Lequesne膝关节功能评分活动量表,观察注射疗程结束后临床效果。结果 82例膝关节镜术后患者疗程结束后,症状、体征减轻,有效率95.12%,118例非手术患者疗程结束后,膝关节功能活动改善,有效率93.22%。结论运用五步法进行膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠能够迅速缓解膝关节术后患者症状、体征,改善非手术患者膝关节功能活动。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of injecting sodium hyaluronate into knee joint cavity with five-step approach. Methods A total of 200 patients （ 1 062 knee joints） were injected with sodium hyaluronate by five-step approach, firstly observing, secondiy cutting, thirdly puncture, fourthly pumping and squeezing, fifthly injecting. According to the Lequesne Knee Score, the clinical effects after the injection regimen were evaluated. Results There were 82 arthroscopy patients, whose symptoms and signs got mitigation after the treatment, the effective rate was 95. 12% ;There were 118 patients without operation, whose knee joint functional activities improved, the effective rate was 93.22%. Conclusion Using the five-step approach to inject sodium hyaluronate into knee joint cavity can alleviate the symptoms and signs of the patients after knee arthroscopy in a short time, as well as improve the knee joint functional activities of the patients without ooeration.
