摘 要:分析了VIENNA型三相三电平PWM整流器的拓扑及其数学模型,以及三电平变换器的状态空间矢量调制技术(SVPWM)。提出了基于PI控制的双闭环的控制策略(即电压外环、电流内环),并引入中点电位因子r对中点电压进行平衡控制。为了验证所提控制策略的可行性,搭建了VIENNA型三相三电平PWM整流器的仿真平台以及1.6 kW的实验样机进行仿真与实验研究。仿真及实验结果表明,所提出的调制方法及控制策略是可行的。该整流器具有控制简单、易于数字化实现、在稳态条件下谐波畸变率小于3%、功率因数接近1等特点。VIENNA-type three-phase three-level PWM rectifier topology and its mathematical model, and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology of the three-level converter are analyzed. Dual closed-loop control strategy (i.e. voltage outer loop, current inner loop) based on PI control is proposed, and the midpoint potential factor r is introduced for controlling the midpoint voltage balance. In order to verify the feasibility of the control strategy, VIENNA-type three-phase three-level PWM rectifier simulation platform and 1.6KW experimental prototype are constructed. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed modulation method and control strategy are feasible. This PWM Rectifier Based on SVPWM control have advantages as follows: simple control, easy to digital realization, the harmonic distortion less than 3% in the steady-state conditions, the power factor is unit.
