摘 要:阐述了石油化工污水处理现状,重点阐述了含油污水、含硫污水、含环烷酸污水和含酚污水几类主要的石油化工污水处理工艺。通过四川某大型乙烯项目和台湾某石化企业投资大陆某项目的石油化工污水采用预处理-生物处理-深度回用的三级处理流程,实现分级处理和相对集中的污水处理优化工程实例,详细阐述了石油化工污水的最新处理技术。对石油化工污水的处理技术发展进行展望,提出强化预处理技术和按照用水多元化、污水资源化原则,实行清污分流、污污分治,开发经济有效的污水治理新技术。At first, the analysis stated the treatment situation of petrochemical wastewater. The treatment processes of the several kind of major petrochemical wastewater were stated, such as oil-bearing wastewater, sulfur-containing wastewater, naphthenic acid wastewater, the wastewater containing phenol. Secondly, as an example, the treatment process of petrochemical wastewater of a large ethylene project in Sichuan was stated. The treatment process of petrochemical wastewater of a project in mainland in China which invested by a petrochemical enterprises in Taiwan was introduced for another example. The three stage process of pretreatment-biological treatment-reused depth was used in this example. It realized treatment of classification and relative concentration by the process. At last, the development of treatment technology of petrochemical wastewater was stated. The pretreatment technology should be intensified. The treatment technology of economic and effective should be exploited according to the principle of using water diversification and wastewater resources.
