摘  要:本研究以木立芦荟干粉为原料,乙醇为溶剂,采用超声法提取总黄酮。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取工艺,结果最佳提取条件为:超声功率70 W、超声时间25 min、乙醇浓度80%、固液比1∶30,在此条件下,提取率达到3.05%,明显高于不经过超声处理的对照组。This paper studied the flavonoids extraction from Aloe arborescens Mill. by ultrasonic extraction method. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the best extraction conditions. The results showed the optimum condition were as follows: ultrasonic power was 70W, ultrasonic treatment time was 25min, ethanol concentration was 80%, and solid to liquid ratio was 1:30. On this condition, the extraction ratio was 3.05% and it was much higher than the control group without ultrasonic treatment.
