摘  要:超分子表面活性剂压裂液是在分析苏里格气田上古储层地质特征及压裂液伤害机理的基础上,根据新型聚合物分子结构设计理论,研发的低成本、低伤害、非植物胶、阴离子型表面活性剂类压裂液。性能评价实验表明:该体系具有良好的耐温抗剪切性能,防膨和滤失性能良好,残渣含量40 mg/L,返排率在85%以上,岩心伤害率比常规体系低5%,裂缝导流能力则提高6%。目前已成功应用于苏里格气田两口直井储层改造,改造后的产量与物性相当的邻井对比取得了较好的效果。同时该压裂液体系施工性能稳定、摩阻低、成本低、配制简单,具有较好的推广前景。On the basis of the analysis of upper reservoir geological conditions and the damage mechanism of hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid, according to the theory of polymer molecular structure design, the supra- molecular surfactant fracturing fluid with low cost, low damage, non plant gum, anionic surfactant has been researched and prepared. The evaluation experiments were confirmed that, the supramolecular surfactant fracturing fluid has good resistance to temperature and shear resistance, good anti swelling and filtration performance. The system residue content is 40 mg/L, flow back rate was 6 percent above, rock core damage rate was lower than con- ventional system, and conductivity was increased by 6%. The fracturing fluid has been successfully applied two times in vertical wells in the Sulige gas field, achieving better modification effect. Moreover, the fracturing fluid have good application prospect because of the stable performance, low frictional resistance, low cost and simple preparation performance.
