摘　　要：本文通过对420t/h锅炉再热器向空排汽管座裂纹的形状、位置及分布形式的分析 ,得出冷凝水的回流是产生裂纹的主要原因 ,并提出几种方案 。By analysing the shape,position and distributing of the crack of the corner welding line and the exhausting pipe for the reheater of 420t/h boiler,the author considers that the main reason of producing crack is refluence of condensate.Moreover,several solutions are presented for reference.
