摘  要:采用低铂载量E TEK电极组装质子交换膜燃料电池 (PEMFC) ,研究了质子交换膜厚度、电极立体化的聚合物电解质Nafion含量和操作条件对PEMFC性能的影响 ,同时对电池进行了稳定性试验。实验发现 :(1)使用薄膜电解质(Nafion 112 )显著提高了电池性能 ;(2 )电极立体化的Nafion含量为 0 .9mg/cm2 时性能最佳 ;(3)提高电池温度和气体压力有利于改善电池性能 ;(4 )Nafion 112膜和低铂载量E TEK电极组装的PEMFC稳定性良好 ,在 90 0h内未见电池性能下降 ,且质子交换膜和电极之间相互结合良好 。Effects of the thickness of PEM, the contents of solid polymer electrolyte used for extending the three dimensional reaction zone of fuel cell electrode and the operating conditions on the performance of PEMFC fabricated with E TEK electrode were studied. The stability for PEMFC using Nafion 112 and E TEK electrode was also investigated. It has been found that: (1) the performance is improved by using thinner proton exchange membrane, such as Nafion 112; (2) the electrode with 0.9 mg/cm 2 Nafion used for extending the three dimensional reaction zone shows the best performance; (3) higher temperature or gas pressure can improve the performance of the cell; (4) the PEMFC containing Nafion 112 and E TEK electrode can be operated steadily for 900 hours without performance reducing, and the bonding between the membrane and the electrode appears to be excellent without cracking or delamination observed.
