医用压力袜预防ICU危重病人下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨压力袜预防危重病人下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法按随机方法将160例病人分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组使用压力袜预防DVT,对照组采用护理人员每2h为病人翻身、每4h按摩活动双下肢1次。对两组病人DVT发生率、疼痛、肿胀、舒适度等方面进行观察比较。结果观察组DVT的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),压力袜能够有效降低下肢深静脉血栓形成的发病率,有效地预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论压力袜能够有效有效地预防下肢深静脉血栓形成,提高病人的护理质量。压力袜预防DVT病人安全、无副作用、舒适。Objective To explore the effects of medical compression stocking in preventing ICU patients from developing deep venous thrombosis （DVT）. Methods 160 patients in ICU were randomly divided into observation group （n=80） and control group （n=80）. The medical compression stocking were implicated in patients involved in observation group, whereas patients in control group were exposed to regular nursing with turning over every 2 hours and two legs massaged every 4 hours. The several indexes, including incidence rate of DVT, pain, swell, and comfort level were evaluated between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of DVT significantly decreased in observation group comparing to control group （P〈0.05）, which indicated medical compression stocking dec rease sever pain and improve comfortable level of ICU patients. Conclusion The medical compression stocking efficiently prevent DVT from developing and improve the quality of life in ICU patients.
