苗药伤科止痛液治疗急性软组织损伤100例

摘　　要：目的:观察苗药伤科止痛液治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将200例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为观察组100例和对照组100例,观察组给予苗药伤科止痛液外用,对照组给予云南白药气雾剂外用,均治疗9 d,并在治疗前及治疗后第3天、第7天、第9天分别记录患者症状、体征积分,有无不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为90%。在疼痛、压痛、功能障碍方面两组均有良好的疗效,均未出现不良反应。结论:苗药伤科止痛液治疗急性软组织损伤有显著疗效,与云南白药气雾剂疗效相当。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Miao Medicine Shangke Zhitong Liquid in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury（ASTI）.Methods： 200 cases of ASTI were randomly divided into the observation group（100 cases） and control group（100 cases）.The observation group was given Miao Medicine Shangke Zhitong Liquid for external use,while the control group Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol,both groups were treated for 9D.The symptoms,signs and the adverse reactions were recorded on the third day,seventh day and ninth day before and after the treatment.Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 95%,the control group 90%.In terms of pain,tenderness,dysfunction,two groups had good effect,no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion： Miao Medicine Shangke Zhitong Liquid has obvious curative effect in the treatment of ASTI,equivalent with the curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol.
