摘 要:当代的计算机、电子与信息技术对制造业的推动与进步所产生的深远影响远远不止于"制造的机械化"。它更是一种将专业知识转化为生产力的强大工具,已经并将更有力地促进传统制造业的转型升级,在摆脱依靠经验进行生产的同时,开拓出具有现代工业特征的"高精度控形"和"低损伤控性"的新一代制造理念,进而创立一流的工艺、打造一流的装备并实现产品的高性能和高品质。从材料成形的四大组成(铸、热、锻、焊)的特点与共性的认识出发,指出了当前焊接制造在自动化、智能化发展中,要特别关注与加强其关键技术的研发,并从新工艺、新装备、新材料以及过程模拟仿真等方面对焊接技术的发展前景进行了探讨。The great effects of computer, electronic and information technologies on manufacturing at the present age are not only for "mechanization of manufacturing", but also for being a powerful tool transferring knowledge to productive forces. It has and will more effectively promote Ihe transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing, and develop a new concept of manufacturing with modern industrial eharaeteristics, that is "high precision in forming and low defects in quality" while getting rid of relying on experience, for production, and then create the first-class technologies and equipments and implement the high performance and high quality products. Base on the understanding ahout the characteristics and commonness of the four components (casting, heat, forging, welding) of material forming, this article points out in automatic and intelligent development of current welding manufacturing, the research of key /eehnology should be specially paid attention to and strengthened. And it also discusses the development prospect of wehling technology form the aspects of new technology, new equipment, new materials and process simulation, etc.
