摘　　要：焊接生产信息化除了包括一条优质焊缝形成过程的信息化以外,还包括焊接结构生产全过程的信息化。如焊接结构件装焊计算机辅助工艺规划(WCAPP)、焊接生产施工管理、焊接生产质量管理等。结合建筑钢结构制作、施工的实际,阐述了焊工培训、取证,高强钢焊接性试验,弧焊工艺规程制定系统,焊接结构件装焊计算器辅助工艺规划(WCAPP),建筑钢结构应实现机器人自动焊对信息化管理技术的需求。论述建筑钢结构焊接工程中的技术方向、存在的问题,并提出了要求。Welding welding production informatization of concern to industry,in addition to including a high-quality weld forming process of informatization,include welded structure production the whole process of informatization.Such as computer aided process planning （WCAPP） welded structure fabrication and welding production welding construction management,quality management,etc. This paper combines the actual conditions of construction steel structure production and construction;Expounds the welder training, evidence collection;Identity of weldability test;Welding procedure specification formulate system;Welding structure fabrication computer aided process planning （WCAPP）;and construction steel structure should be implemented robot automatic welding technology of information management needs;The views in the article the actual accurate,welding of building steel structure engineering seriously are made to the technical direction and existing problems, this paper puts forward the requirements.
