摘　　要：在自动化行业,快速响应环境变化意味着要求机械设备的设计、制造、安装、操作具备高度的灵活性,同时机械设备应该具备高安全性、经济性、可靠性和前瞻性。任何一台机器都存在着危险。介绍了在一汽-大众汽车有限公司采用的安全等级和控制措施,以保证在生产过程中避免事故的发生。Our world is becoming to change more and more complex. We need to make with rapid response to change. In automatic industry,it means that the design, manufacture, assembly, operation of mechanical equipments have high flexibility. At the same time, mechanical equipments also have high safety, economy, and prospective. The use of any equipment has different risks. This paper introdueed the safety and control measurements in FAW-VOLKSWAGON,to ensure the safety in manufacture.
