摘  要:在锅炉膜式壁的自动焊接中,多台焊机同时工作,电弧之间存在干扰,脉冲MIG的最佳过渡形式——一脉一滴受到破坏,电弧的稳定性变差,影响焊缝成型。除了合理的布线,提高单台焊机的电弧长度的控制能力是解决焊接质量的最佳办法。弧长协同控制技术是采用数字化波形控制方法对熔滴过渡进行精细控制的技术,控制电路部分由单片机(MCU)和数字信号处理器(DSP)构成双机控制系统,通过设计脉冲电流波形和弧长闭环控制技术,熔滴过渡平稳,解决膜式壁管屏仰角焊接,实现双面同时焊接,生产效率大大提高,并在20头膜式壁的自动焊接工艺中获得成功应用。In automatic wehling the membrane wall of boiler, many sets of welding machine working at the same time,interference between are breaks the best pulse MIG transition torm of a pulse a drop, arc stability becomes poor, affect weld moulding. But reasonable wiring, the best way to solve the wehting quality is to improve the single machine control ability of wehting arc length. The arc length coordination control technology is a technology that (:an control the droplet transfer accurately by digital waveform control method. Control circuit is a double machine control system constituted by MCU and DSP. Through the design pulse current waveform and are length closed-loop control technology, it is shown smooth transition, solve the prol)lem of the membrane wall overhead wehting and double-sided welding. The production efficiency is greatly improved.This technology has a successful application in 20 membrane wall automatic welding process with 20 welding heads..
