摘 要:设计了基于TMS320LF2812的数字化变极性钨极氩弧焊电源,该电源采用IGBT双逆变技术,一次逆变采用移相式软开关零电压、零电流PWM全桥电路(FB-ZCZVS-PWM)实现恒流闭环控制;二次逆变采用耦合电感型半桥逆变拓扑实现极性转换,设定特定的换向电流值使电源系统具有较宽的输出电流调节范围,兼顾了小电流焊接情况下的电弧稳定性和大电流焊接情况下二次逆变电路中IGBT的安全性。焊接试验结果表明,电源输出电流调节范围宽,焊接电弧稳定,焊缝成形优良、美观。The digitized variable polarity inverter TIG was desiged based on MS320LF2812 in this paper. The power supply adopts the second IGBT inverter technology, the first inverter using phase shift soft-switching zero voltage and zero current phase shift PWM full bridge circuit( FB-ZCZVS-PWM )to achieve constant current closed-loop control. The second inverter using the coupling inductor and the topology of half- bridge inverter to achieve the polarity-reversing. Setting a specific change to the current value of the power supply system has a wide adjustment range of the output current, which takes into account the electric arc stability of the small current welding and the IGBT security of the second inverter circuit in high current welding. The results of welding test show that the adjustment range of the power supply output current is wide, and the welding arc is stable, and the appearance of weld is well.
