摘　　要：腐败问题是影响我国现代化建设与和谐社会构建的重要社会问题和政治问题。不同历史时期腐败的成因及表现形式有所不同,但制度赋予的权力才是产生腐败的根本原因。因此,从新制度主义理论出发,以理性选择制度主义为视角分析腐败问题的产生及制度预防,方可从源头入手,有效预防和治理腐败。Corruption is an important social and political issue affecting China＇s modernization and the construction of harmonious society.There are different causes and manifestations of corruption in different historical periods,but the system power is the fundamental cause of corruption.Therefore,we must stop the occurrence of institutional corruption from the new institutionalism and view of rational choice institutionalism,in order to originally and effectively prevent and control corruption.
