虚拟经济与实体经济:基于结构视角的分析

摘　　要：随着金融全球化时代的到来,虚拟经济的规模日益扩大,对实体经济的影响愈加显著。就全球而言,虚拟经济增速快于实体经济,但两者增长趋势相同。就中国而言,金融资产成交增长率的波动性比较大,而且与GDP增长率并未表现出明显的趋同性;外国在华证券投资占GDP比值的变动趋势和外国在华证券投资占外汇储备的比值变动趋势十分相似,甚至可以说是同步变动趋势。因此,必须加强虚拟经济的统计,构建虚拟经济统计体系;加大虚拟经济发展力度,推动金融创新;同时加强对虚拟经济的监管。With the arrival of the era of financial globalization,the increasing scale of the virtual economy has great effect on the real economy.From the perspective global,the virtual economy grows faster than real economy,but the growth trend is the same.In China,the volatility of financial assets traded is relatively strong,but it don＇t show significant convergence with GDP growth;the change of the ratio of foreign portfolio investment to GDP is very similar to the change of the ratio of foreign portfolio investment to foreign exchange reserves,even it can be said to be synchronous changes in trend.In the specific policy measures,the government should strengthen the statistical virtual economy and build a virtual economic statistics system;should develop virtual economic to increase efforts to promote financial innovation;should strengthen the supervision of the virtual economy.
