超越“大气”,走向厚重与丰腴——严歌苓新世纪十年小说创作论

摘　　要：严歌苓是中国大陆与海外华人中最具影响力的作家之一,进入21世纪以后,陆续出版了长篇小说《一个女人的史诗》《小姨多鹤》《第九个寡妇》等等10部长篇小说。这些长篇小说题材广泛,时空交错跨度极大,在表现人性本真、营造史诗格调、构建隐形结构、语言表达的从容与幽默等方面呈现出鲜明的特色和创新特征。随着严歌苓中西视域的融合以及阅历的积淀,她的长篇小说创作已超越了"大气",日益走向厚重与丰腴。Yan Geling, one of the most influential writers in China and overseas Chinese, has published 10 novels since entering the 21st century,like A Woman＇s Epic,My Little Auntie Duo He, The Ninth Widow, etc. The themes of these novels are extensive with long- span crisscross in time and space and they present bright characteristics and innovation in showing the easiness and humor in words. Along human nature, creating epic style and building stealth structure as well as with the fusion of perspective view between China and the west and her accumulation of experience, Yan Geling＇ s novels have surpassed ＂ease and confidence＂ and are getting more decorous and well -rounded day by day.
