大庆地域文化与地方高校文化软实力建设

摘　　要：大庆的地域文化不仅是大庆独有的文化资源和企业精神,而且是中华民族精神的一部分。作为大庆的高校,以大庆地域文化为依托加强高校文化建设,不仅是高校文化与企业文化的结合,也是高校文化与社会文化的结合。这不仅有利于塑造高校的特色文化,还有利于培养出品学兼优的高素质创新型人才。将大庆地域文化融入到高校的文化软实力建设中,提出了高校文化软实力建设中存在的问题及高校文化建设的具体措施。The culture of Daqing is not only the unique cultural resource and the spirit of enterprise,but also part of the spirit of Chinese nation.Universities in Daqing occupy a unique condition,and they can use Daqing spirit to build college cultural soft power.This is not only a combination of university culture and corporate culture but a combination of university culture and social culture,at the same time,the advantage of the practice is creating the university characteristics and culture,as well as helping to train excellent and high quality talents.The article integrates Daqing spirit into the university’s cultural soft power construction and points out the problem and the concrete measures.
