摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参饮加味方对胃癌细胞SGC-7901体外生长情况及细胞周期的影响。方法:采用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测丹参饮加味方不同浓度和不同作用时间对胃癌细胞抑制率和DNA含量的变化。结果:与空白对照组相比较,丹参饮加味方各浓度组细胞抑制率明显升高(P<0.05),G0/G1期细胞DNA含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:丹参饮加味方能抑制体外胃癌细胞SGC-7901的生长,且能将胃癌细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期。Objective：To explore the influence of growth inhibition in vitro on gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell and cell cycle treated by Danshen Decoction.Methods：MTT and flow cytometry technique were used to detect gastric cancer cell inhibition rate and the change of DNA content of modified Danshen Decoction at different concentrations and different action time.Results：Compared with the blank control group,cell inhibition rate in different concentration groups of modified Danshen Decoction increased significantly（P0.05）,among which cell DNA content in the G0/G1 phase of traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than the blank group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Danshen Decoction can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells in vitro,and arrest the cell cycle of gastric cancer on G0/G1 phase.
