摘　　要：目的:观察赤芍乙醇提取物对大鼠胸主动脉张力的影响,并探讨其可能机制。方法:采用离体血管环张力实验,观察不同浓度赤芍乙醇提取物对SD大鼠胸主动脉环的作用及不同工具药的影响。结果:赤芍乙醇提取物在10-5～10-3.8kg.L-1浓度范围内对内皮完整的大鼠离体胸主动脉环具有浓度依赖性舒张作用。可以不同程度地被一氧化氮合酶阻断剂L-NAME(10-4mol.L-1)和可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶阻断剂ODQ(10-5mol.L-1)所阻断,但均不能被环氧合酶阻断剂吲哚美辛(10-5mol.L-1)阻断。结论:赤芍乙醇提取物对大鼠胸主动脉具有浓度依赖性和内皮依赖性的舒张作用,其机制可能与NO/sGC/cGMP信号通路有关。Objective：To observe the vasodilation effect of ethanol extract of Paeonia veitchii Lynch on rat thoracic aortas and investigate its possible mechanism.Methods：Vascular ring tension experiment in vitro was used,and effect of different concentration ethanol extract of Paeonia veitchii Lynch on SD rats thoracic aorta rings and the influence of different tool medicine were observed.Results：Ethanol extract of Paeonia veitchii Lynch in the concentration range of 10-5 kg·L-1 to 10-3.8 kg·L-1 had concentration dependent vasodilation function on endothelium intact rats with thoracic aortas ring in vitro.This effect was inordinately inhibited by L-NAME（10-4 mol·L-1） and ODQ（10-5 mol·L-1）,but not Indomethacin（10-5 mol·L-1）.Conclusion：Ethanol extract of Paeonia veitchii Lynch cause vasodilation of isolated thoracic aorta rings of rats in concentration-dependent and endothelium-dependent manners,and its mechanism may be associated with NO/sGC/cGMP signal pathway.
