药性平特点及其现代研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨药性平的与功能、药理作用、中医主治、现代医学主治、药味、归经、化学成分之间的关系。方法:应用"中药功能-药理-临床数据库系统",查询"平"与功能、药理作用、中医主治、现代医学主治、性味、归经、化学成分之间的关联频次,依据频次的多少,取涵盖最高频次2/3的定为基本范畴,涵盖余下最高频次2/3的定为联合范畴,剩余的定为扩展范畴。结果:平性药的基本功能为解毒、止血、止痛、活血、祛风、清热、安神、消肿、利水、通络、化瘀、化痰;平性药的基本药理作用为抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、镇静且影响心血管系统等;平性药的中医基本主治为风湿痹痛、经闭、吐血、咯血、痛经、尿血、尿频、遗精、肠燥便秘、便血、心悸、瘰疬、癥瘕、崩漏、遗尿、跌扑损伤、失眠、内热消渴、眩晕、外伤出血、心神不安、脾虚食少、小儿惊风、带下、衄血;平性药的现代医学基本主治为高血压、冠状动脉性心脏病、湿疹、糖尿病、出血、神经衰弱、百日咳、风湿性关节炎、腰痛、慢性支气管炎、钩虫病、银屑病、高脂血症、癫痫、丹毒、痛经、胃溃疡、水肿、带状疱疹、小便频数、跌打损伤、肺结核、心绞痛、冻伤、遗精、斑秃、十二指肠溃疡、失眠、扁平疣、流行性腮腺炎、皮炎、精神分裂症;与平性常联合的基本药味为甘、苦、辛;平性药的基本归经为肝、肺、胃、肾、脾、心;平性药的基本化学成分为糖类、有机酸、黄酮类、苷类、酯类、挥发油、氨基酸、无机物、生物碱、蛋白质、鞣质、萜类、皂苷。结论:确定药性平与功能、药理作用、中医主治、现代医学主治、药味、归经、化学成分之间的关系,并依据频次将平性药分为基本、联合、扩展范畴,为平性中药的现代研究提供了新思路。Objective：To explore relationship between properties and functions,pharmacological action,traditional Chinese medical indications,modern medical indications,flavor of a medicine,channel tropism and chemical composition of mild traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Use the ＂ features-pharmacology-clinical of traditional Chinese medicine database systems ＂,inquiry associated frequency between ＂mild＂ and functions,pharmacology,traditional Chinese medical indications,modern medical indications,flavor of a medicine,channel tropism,chemical composition,according to the frequency,took cover 2/3 of most high frequency for basic area;took cover 2/3 of remaining most high frequency for joint area,remaining for extended area.Results：Basic functions of mild traditional Chinese medicine：detoxification,hemostatic,pain-relieving,promoting blood circulation,expelling wind,heat-clearing,calm the nerves,swelling,diuresis,meridians,removing blood stasis,phlegm;Basic pharmacological actions：anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-tumor,sedation,effects on the cardiovascular system and so on;TCM basic indications：pain in rheumatoid arthritis,amenorrhea,hematemesis,hemoptysis,dysmenorrhea,hematuria,urinary frequency,nocturnal emission,intestinal dry constipation,hematochezia,palpitation,scrofula,abdominal mass,uterine bleeding,enuresis,or flutter injury,insomnia,internal heat and thirst,dizziness,traumatic bleeding,malaise,deficiency of spleen and eating less,convulsions in children,vaginal discharge,nosebleed;Modern medicine basic indications：hypertension,coronary heart disease,eczema,diabetes,hemostasis,neurasthenia,whooping cough,rheumatic arthritis,back pain,chronic bronchitis,hookworm disease,psoriasis,hyperlipidemia,epilepsy,erysipelas,dysmenorrhea,gastric ulcer,edema,herpes zoster,urine frequency,traumatic injury,tuberculosis,angina,frostbite,nocturnal emission,alopecia areata,duodenal ulcer,insomnia,flat warts,mumps,dermatitis,schizophrenia;basic flavor of medicine combined with mild traditional Ch
