怀地黄有效成分梓醇的提取工艺和不同炮制品含量的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:建立怀地黄梓醇提取工艺并比较不同炮制品中梓醇的含量。方法:单因素实验法优选怀地黄中梓醇的提取工艺;高效液相色谱法测定怀地黄不同炮制品中梓醇的含量。结果:怀地黄中梓醇的最佳提取工艺条件为50%乙醇超声提取30min。怀地黄不同炮制品中梓醇的含量:鲜地黄3.46%>生地黄0.81%>熟地黄0.33%。结论:怀地黄中的梓醇含量在加工炮制过程中逐步减少。Objective：To establish an extraction of catalpol in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch and comparison of catalpol contents in different processed products.Methods：Single factor experiments were established to optimize extraction process of catalpol in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Catalpol content in different processed products was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography.Results：The optimal technological conditions of extraction for catalpol in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch was alcohol concentration 33%,ultrasonic extraction for 30 min.Contents of fresh Rehmannia glutinosa libosch was 3.46%,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch 0.81%,radix Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch 0.33%,successively.Conclusion：Process for preparation of catalpol in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch is gradually reducing.
