高效液相色谱法测定黄芩汤复方颗粒中黄芩苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定黄芩汤复方颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用色谱柱Zorbax SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2)为流动相;检测波长为280nm;柱温25℃;流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:此方法黄芩苷对照品在0.1204～1.2040μg线性关系良好回归方程为:Y=2 840.7X+16.16,r=0.999 8回收率为98.24%,RSD=1.05。结论:本法方便、快速、准确,可用于黄芩汤复方颗粒的质量控制。Objective：To establish the determination of baicalin in Huangqin Decoction granules by high performance liquid chromatography method.Methods：Zorbax SB-C18（250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used and the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water-phosphate（45：55：0.2）.The wavelength of detector was 280 nm,the column temperature was 25℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results：Baicalin showed a good linearity at the range of 0.120 4-1.204 0 μg.The regression equation was y=2840.7X＋16.16,r=0.999 8,and the recovery was 98.24%,RSD=1.05.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Huangqin Decoction granules.
