摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫性卵巢早衰的中西医病机的研究情况。方法:总结、归纳和分析近年来的相关文献,对免疫性卵巢早衰的中西医病机进行探讨。结果:卵巢早衰的病因病机错综复杂,自身免疫是其中的一个重要原因,但目前自身免疫因素导致卵巢早衰的病机尚不明确。免疫性卵巢早衰患者会出现细胞免疫、体液免疫的异常,还会合并其他自身免疫性疾病。中医学认为免疫性卵巢早衰基本病机以肾虚血瘀为主,治疗上以补肾活血为大法,但补肾活血法治疗本病的相关免疫机理尚不清楚。结论:探索免疫性卵巢早衰的中西医病机对免疫性卵巢早衰的治疗意义重大。Objective：To explore the research progress of pathogenesis of autoimmune premature ovarian failure by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：The pathogenesis of autoimmune premature ovarian failure by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was explored through summary,induction and analysis the related literatures in recent years.Results：The pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is complex,among which,autoimmunity plays an important role in causing premature ovarian failure.However,the pathogenesis of autoimmunity resulting in premature ovarian failure is undefined.Researches have shown that autoimmune premature ovarian failure patients often occur in the dysfunction of cellular immunity and humoral inmunity and it is also generally associated with other autoimmune diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine consider that the basic pathogenesis of autoimmune premature ovarian failure mainly is kidney weakness and blood stasis,so that,the therapeutic method is tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation.However,the associated immune mechanism of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation method in treating this disease is nubilous.Conclusion：Exploring the pathogenesis of autoimmune premature ovarian failure by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has great significance.
