感冒类非处方中成药不良反应的文献分析——中药提取物制剂类

摘　　要：目的:通过检索常用的感冒类非处方中成药不良反应发生情况,为安全使用感冒类非处方中成药提供参考。方法:规定中成药范围包括中药提取物制剂。采用回顾性研究方法,通过检索《药物不良反应杂志》和CNKI中文数据库,收集常用的感冒类非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献,对资料进行整理和分析。结果:检索用于治疗感冒的非处方中成药89种,有不良反应发生情况的中成药1种,即穿心莲片。涉及病例5例。结论:虽然非处方药的特点是药效确定、相对安全、使用方便、不良反应发生几率低,但药物安全性不容忽视,也需要考虑其不良反应并合理使用。Objective：By retrieving the incidences of adverse reactions of nonprescription proprietary Chinese medicine extract preparations in treating cold,we provide a reference for the safe use of nonprescription proprietary Chinese medicine extract preparations.Methods：Set the scope of proprietary Chinese medicine：the proprietary Chinese medicine extract preparations.Using retrospective study method,by retrieving adverse drug reactions journals and CNKI database in Chinese,and collected the related literatures which reflect the adverse reactions of influenza-like nonprescription proprietary Chinese medicine,organizing and analyzing the data.Results：Reported by above database,there are one case of influenza-like nonprescription proprietary Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred among the 89 cases of influenza-like nonprescription proprietary Chinese medicine retrieved,that is Chuanxinlian Tablets,and involving 5 cases.Conclusion：Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy,relative safe,convenient,low toxicity and low probability of adverse events,but drug′s safety can not be ignored and we also need to consider the adverse reactions and use rationally.
