中药配合导管溶栓治疗下肢急性深静脉血栓形成临床研究

摘　　要：探讨中药配合导管溶栓治疗下肢急性深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将66例下肢急性深静脉血栓患者分为对照组30例和治疗组36例,对照组采用经腘静脉置入溶栓,导管药物滴注的介入疗法。治疗组在对照组基础上口服祛湿化瘀汤(方药组成:当归、赤芍、两头尖、茯苓、陈皮、水蛭、薏苡仁、红花、茜草、泽兰、甘草)配合外用中药冰硝散治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组临床痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后纤维蛋白原含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合导管溶栓治疗下肢急性深静脉血栓形成疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with catheter thrombolysis in treating acute deep venous thrombosis in lower limb（ADVT）.Methods：66 cases of patients with ADVT were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 36 cases.The control group was given the popliteal vein with implantation and thrombolysis by interventional therapy of catheter drug drip.The treatment group was treated by oral Qushi Huayu Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicine Bing Xiao Power on the basis of the control group.The prescription composition：Angelica Sinensis Radix,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Anemone raddeana Regel,Poria cocos,Pericarpium Citri reticulatae,leech,jobstears seed,safflower,Radix Rubiae,Herba Lycopi,Radix liquiritiae.Results：Comparisons of the clinical cure rate between the treatment group and the control group showed that the difference had statistically significance（P0.05）.After the treatment,compared fibrinogen with the two groups,the difference was notable significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with catheter thrombolysis has notable effects in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis in lower limb.
