湿愈汤治疗湿阻证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿愈汤治疗脾虚湿滞证湿阻的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组采用湿愈汤治疗,对照组采用藿香正气口服液和香砂养胃丸治疗。结果:治疗组的有效率、治愈率均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟湿愈汤治疗脾虚湿滞证湿阻疗效确切。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Shiyu Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome of damp obstruction.Methods：68 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by the self-made Shiyu Decoction,and the control group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid and Xiangsha Yangwei Pill.Results：The efficiency and the cure rate of treatment group were significantly better than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The self-made Shiyu Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation syndrome of damp obstruction has definite effect.
