摘　　要：伴随着知识经济时代的到来,国际贸易竞争的加剧,知识产权带来的各种问题愈加凸显,世界各国重视知识产权的同时,也更加注重知识产权文化的培育。从国内外知识产权文化的视角出发,通过借鉴发达国家知识产权文化培育的经验,分析我国知识产权文化发展的困境,探索我国知识产权文化发展的途径。Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, increased competition of international trade, the problems brought by intellectual property are more and more prominent. The countries all over the world not only attach importance to intellectual property, but also pay more attention to the cultivation of intellectual property culture. From the perspective of domestic and international intellectual property culture, by drawing from the intellectual property culture cultivation experience of developed countries, the study analysis the plight of intellectual property cultural development in China, and explore the ways of our intellectual property culture development.
